Flange Boss flange spreaders actuate mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically. The rotating Cam-Wedge design with versatile hex drive attaches to the flanges through the bolt holes, securing flange spreaders to piping so it cannot slip out.
Flange Boss spreaders are available with 25,000 lbs. of spreading force, and fit 1/2″ to 24″ flanges from ANSI 150 lb. to 2500 lb., or DN 15 – 600 (refer to DIN EN ISO 9002 and 6708).
